📊 Ultrapure Water for the Most Demanding Applications

From single-vessel mixed-bed columns to full skid-mounted DI systems with cation, anion, mixed-bed, and activated carbon stages — we deliver water that meets pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and medical-grade purity requirements. Every tank ships with a color-coded label documenting fill date, TOC count, silica level, and rinse quality. Lot traceability on every cartridge.

What Makes Our DI Systems Different

βš—οΈ

Semiconductor-Grade Resins

Premium ResinTech and SUEZ resins, regenerated in high-quality U.S. facilities. The same grade used in semiconductor fabs and pharmaceutical plants β€” not commodity ion exchange beads.

🎯

Color-Coded Quality Labels

Every tank ships with a label documenting fill date, TOC count, silica level, and rinse quality β€” so your QA team has documented purity data, not vendor promises.

πŸ“Š

Configurations for Every Need

Cation only, anion only, mixed bed, and activated carbon β€” in tank sizes from 0.25 cf to 3.60 cf plus AF Series cartridges. Right-size for your flow rate and contaminant profile.

Ideal Applications

Designed for facilities that need water beyond what reverse osmosis alone delivers — lab-grade and ultrapure applications where TDS, TOC, and silica thresholds matter. Whether you need 1 GPM of high-purity rinse water for instrument cleaning, or 15 GPM of ultrapure for a manufacturing line, we have the right tank or cartridge configuration.

Two Product Families

We offer two complementary lines: full-size SUEZ Standard DI Tanks for plumbed-in industrial applications, and Aries Filterworks AF Series Cartridges for point-of-use and lower-flow applications. Both use semiconductor-grade resins.

SUEZ Tanks

Standard DI Tanks · 0.25–3.60 cf

Five tank sizes from compact 0.25 cf (1,750-grain capacity) up to 3.60 cf (25,200-grain capacity). Available with cation, anion, mixed bed, or activated carbon resins. Color-coded labels document fill date, TOC, silica, and rinse quality.

  • 5 sizes · 0.5–15 GPM range
  • Mixed Bed Column option (1.6 cf, portable)
  • FRP exterior · thermoplastic interior
  • Service exchange program available
Aries Filterworks

AF Series Cartridges

Drop-in cartridges that fit standard residential and industrial housings (10″ / 20″ in slim or 4.5″ Big Blue diameters). Mixed bed, twin bed, layered, low-TOC, and color-changing options. Lot-traceable, FDA-approved body materials, made in the USA.

  • Standard slim or 4.5″ Big Blue housings
  • Ultra-pure mixed bed up to 18 MΩ-cm
  • Color-changing visual exhaustion indicator
  • Low-TOC and low-odor variants

How Deionization Works

1

Cation Exchange

SAC-H resin removes positive ions (Ca²⁺, Mg²⁺, Na⁺) and replaces with H⁺.

2

Anion Exchange

SBA-OH resin removes negative ions (Cl⁻, SO₄²⁻, NO₃⁻) and replaces with OH⁻.

3
⚙️

Mixed Bed Polish

SAC + SBA resins blended in one vessel for ultrapure water up to 18 MΩ-cm.

4
⚗️

Activated Carbon

Optional carbon stage removes chlorine, organics, and dissolved gases ahead of DI resins.
